Payment for all items is requested within 7 days.
I accept payments via PayPal, money order, cashier's check and personal check within the U.S.. International payments must be made via PayPal.
Payments made via PayPal, money order and cashier's check will ship your item(s) within 48 hours of receipt of payment. Payments made via personal check must clear prior to your item shipping (generally about 5 business days).
I ship on a daily basis during the week. I am unable to ship on Saturdays due to my work schedule. I will always notify you of exactly when your item is shipping.
Books are shipped via USPS Media Mail in the US. Media Mail may take up to 2 full weeks for delivery, but is infinitely less expensive than the other shipping modes. Books shipped internationally will be sent via USPS First Class International Mail (up to 4 pounds) and the least expensive mode for heavier shipments. Non-book items may be shipped either through USPS First Class Mail, USPS Parcel Post or USPS Priority Mail in the U.S., which I will note in my item descriptions. Non-book items shipped internationally will be sent via USPS First Class International mail for items weighing 4 pounds or less. Heavier international shipments will be shipped at the next least expensive mode. Delivery confirmation is included at no additional cost for all Priority Mail packages, and at a small additional charge if requested for lesser shipping modes in the U.S.. Insurance is optional at an additional charge of $1.75, however, in the rare instance that I require that a package be insured, it will be noted in the item description.
All items are packaged with the utmost care because it's important that you receive them in the same condition that they are pictured in. If you are concerned with breakage or postal damage, PLEASE consider purchasing the optional shipping insurance. I will not be held responsible for items that are lost or damaged in the mail.
Returns will only be accepted if I accidentally misrepresent an item. Please contact me within 2 days of receipt if you find a need to return your item. Refunds will be made for the purchase price of the item only. Shipping & handling charges are non-refundable. Items must be returned to me within 5 days of contact and should be shipped in the same manner that they were received.
